Fry 2 finely chopped big onion, 2 green chilli, curry leaves in edible oil till golden brown in a cooker. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves and cleaned tender chicken pieces, pinch of turmeric powder, 25g Sakthi Chettinad Chicken Masala and salt to taste. Saute the contents with little coconut paste and water till 3 whistle. Leave the contents till semi gravy. Now Hot and Tasty Chettinad Chicken Gravy is ready.
