Aachi Rava idly is a south Indian recipe. Rava idly goes well with coconut chutney ,vegetable sambar and curry leaves chutney. It is made with simple ingredients such as Rava, Rice flour, Bengal gram dhal, Salt, Edible vegetable fat, Mustard, Curry leaves and Ginger. Cooking Directions To 200g of Aachi Rava idli mix, add 200g of sour curd and 100 ml of water. Mix to batter well. Keep it aside for 10 mins. Grease the idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter into the idli moulds and steam for 10 to 15 mins.
